Job Description
Mitolo Family Farms is seeking a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to plan, schedule and maintain stores at our Virginia site. You will be the key link between the maintenance team, suppliers and contractors, ensuring uptime and safety across the operation.

You'll manage maintenance plans, oversee the CMMS (MEX), handle purchasing for the team and generate weekly reports for the Engineering Manager. You'll optimise downtime, extend equipment life and drive cost efficiency.
