We are growing rapidly! To support this expansion, we are scaling our recruitment team. This is a full-time, onsite role located at our head office in Sydney Olympic Park.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our headcount growth, engaging and on-boarding top-tier talent to meet the organisation's needs.
Source: Hunt for top talent using job boards, social media, and your own creative networking strategies.
Screen: Conduct sharp phone and in-person interviews to find the perfect cultural and technical fit.
Partner: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their gaps and advise on market trends.
Close: Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and ensure a seamless hand-off to on-boarding.
About you
You're a strategic, highly empathetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll likely have:




Proven track record in high-volume internal or agency recruitment, ideally within the Aged Care, NDIS, Healthcare, or Community Services sectors.
Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing data, documentation, and multi-step processes.
High energy, resilient, and capable of prioritising competing hiring needs without sacrificing candidate quality or compliance.
Familiarity with ATS and HR platforms and social sourcing.
Natural communicator with the ability to engage candidates quickly and build trust with internal hiring teams.
