Job Description
Naiman Clarke is seeking an Australian-admitted lawyer to join its in-house team in Sydney. The role covers technology, commercial, and corporate matters with a focus on practical risk mitigation and business-friendly advice.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on Australian Consumer Law, privacy and IP, and help ensure compliance with corporate reporting rules in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
