Job Description
Katherine West Health Board is seeking a Cancer Support Aboriginal Health Practitioner to walk alongside Aboriginal clients and families across the full cancer continuum. Based in Katherine with regular travel to remote communities, you will provide culturally safe clinical care, education, health promotion and care coordination that helps close cancer outcome gaps.

You'll bring at least 2 years in remote Aboriginal health, ideally in cancer care or chronic disease, with solid communication,
