Job Description
Marketing & Content Assistant - Casual, flexible hours | Sydney CBD (hybrid)
n
Excolo Partners is a boutique recruitment agency in Sydney covering Finance & Accounting and Technology & Project Services. Five years in and a brand we've built through cold calling, client meetings, word of mouth and a lot of LinkedIn posts written at 9pm.
n
That last part is where you come in.
n
We're hiring a marketing student or recent grad to own our content engine. Not strategy decks. Actual output. And here's the honest bit: we don't have much in place. No calendar, no content library, no process. Go look at our LinkedIn and website. You'll see the gap. That gap is the job.
n
You'd be building this from scratch and making it yours.
n
What you'll do:
n
n
Build and run our content calendar
n
Sit with our consultants, pull out the stories worth telling, and turn them into posts, graphics and short videos
n
Keep our brand consistent across LinkedIn, our website and review platforms
n
Build out templates for our consultants to utilise with personal branding
n
Track what's working and do more of it
n
n
What we're offering:
n
n
Casual role, flexible hours that fit around uni or whatever else you've got going on
n
Hybrid working arrangement | Sydney CBD office
n
Real ownership. You won't be scheduling someone else's posts. You'll be setting up the whole engine, with direction from the founders
n
A blank slate on tools and tech. We're open to investing in whatever helps you do this well, AI included, and we'll want your opinion on what we should be using
n
The kind of "I built their brand presence from zero" story that looks very valuable on a graduate CV
n
n
What we want to see:
n
n
Studying or recently finished marketing, comms or similar
n
You can write. Short, clear, human
n
You're across the tools without needing a manual
n
n
We're open to candidates on student or working holiday visa's!
