Job Description
HCF Australia is seeking an experienced strategic leader to cover nine months of parental leave and drive the retention agenda during a pivotal growth phase.

Reporting to the Chief Officer Member Experience, the Head of Retention Strategy & Operations will lead a data-driven, cross-functional team across Marketing, Product, Data, Digital, and Operations to deliver measurable retention gains and sustained member value.
