The Role: Elevate the Experience

We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.
n
Located in Piara Waters, C.Y. O'Connor Precinct is home to five unique venues including a bustling pub, a cocktail bar and a steakhouse.
n
Your Key Responsibilities
n
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will serve customers with a friendly, knowledgeable manner throughout your visit.
n
Venue Standards: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation behind the counter and across the floor.
n
Operational Efficiency: Master the smooth and accurate use of our POS systems for orders and transactions.
n
Team Collaboration:



Supervise and train Food and Beverage Attendants.
n
What You'll Bring to the Team
n
Experience: Previous experience in a rapid-paced environment (e.g., Quick Service Restaurant, busy cafe, or bar) is desirable, but not essential.
n
Attributes: We are seeking energetic candidates with a respectful demeanor and a genuine willingness to learn new skills. You must be committed to being a helpful and collaborative team member.

Mandatory Requirements
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
n
Current Food Handlers Certificate.
n
Chemform Training Certificate.
