Job Description
The Investment Operations specialist will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

Income & distributions: Reconcile incoming income, allocate it to client accounts, and follow up on outstanding distribution statements.

Managed funds: Process applications, redemptions and confirmations; monitor overdue trades; handle enquiries, exceptions and Term deposits & annuities
n
Manage and reconcile incoming financial transactions and ensure accurate allocation to relevant accounts.
n
Process investment-related transactions, including applications, withdrawals, confirmations and follow-ups.
n
Monitor outstanding transactions and resolve processing issues, discrepancies and exceptions.
n
Establish and maintain various investment products, including managing maturities, withdrawals and related administration.
n
Perform regular reconciliations across multiple asset classes and investment types.
n
Respond to internal and external enquiries and provide timely operational support.
n
Assist with system enhancements, current functionality and the implementation of operational controls.
n
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and upgrades.
n
Maintain accurate procedures, process documentation and operational records.
n
Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed service standards and deadlines.
n




Support projects, process improvements and other operational initiatives as required.
n
Provide additional team support during periods of increased workload and undertake other duties as required.

Degree Qualified
n
Experience in a similar role across investment operations
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Availability at short notice
