Due to the recent acquisition of another practice, a new role has arisen for an experienced Manager to lead an accounting team based in Shepparton.
Shepparton is around two hours north east of Melbourne and is a major regional commercial shopping centre and service economy. It offers numerous schools and educational facilities including a University campus.

Your role
To lead a team of around eight staff and generally manage a branch with over $1.1M in fees
Take over and continue to nurture client relationships
Work closely with clients, predominantly small to medium in size,



and working within the primary production industry including farming and those providing services such as machinery dealers, veterinary practices, mechanical and welding services.
Manage compliance activities, taking a hands on approach and continue to develop advisory work
What you'll offer
Professional accounting qualifications
At least seven + years in accounting practice
A robust relationship focus and a demonstrated commitment to customer service
The ability to work and reside locally
