Job Description
Sompo is seeking an experienced Head of Marine, Australia to establish, grow and lead the Australian Marine portfolio. This market-facing underwriting leader will build Sompo's presence, develop broker partnerships and drive profitable growth across Cargo and related Marine lines in Australia.

The role reports to the Head of Commercial Lines, APAC and can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will lead underwriting discipline, shape product strategy, mentor a high-performing team and collaborate
