About The Larrakeyah Health Centre
n
Larrakeyah Health Centre is located at the Larrakeyah Barracks in Darwin City. Larrakeyah Defence Precinct is a unique tri-service Defence base directly supporting ADF operations & training. It is the home port of HMAS Coonawarra for Navy Patrol Boats and two Army Landing Craft. The facility has a routine dependency of **** personnel which surges every 3 months to conduct pre and post deployment medicals.



The health centre provides primary medical, nursing, mental health, dental, physiotherapy and pharmaceutical services. Standard operating hours are generally 07:*******:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements).

What You'll Do
n

Provide high-level health administration support with minimal supervision
n
Deliver timely, accurate, and professional administrative services
n
Coordinate patient administration, records, and clinic operations
n
Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery
n
Ensure compliance with Defence policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
Minimum 2 years' full-time experience in a primary healthcare or military setting (or equivalent)
n
Certificate III in Health Administration (or similar) – completed or currently enrolled
n
Medical terminology qualification from an RTO (or approved equivalent)
n
Medical terminology requirement may be waived with 5+ years' relevant experience
n
