We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong
Data Analytics, Reporting Systems, and System Integration
expertise to support the delivery of a significant data collection and reporting transformation initiative.
This project will deliver a recent enterprise-wide data collection and reporting solution, integrate with existing operational systems, support user adoption through training, and oversee the transition from legacy platforms.
About the Role
You will play a key role in the design and implementation of a new reporting and data collection system, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
Develop user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and screen mock-ups
Create and maintain business process maps and workflow documentation
Analyse complex data sources and system integration requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners
Develop system integration specifications




Assist with data migration, system transition, and decommissioning activities
Proven experience delivering Reporting, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related system projects
Proven experience providing
Business Analysis
and/or
Functional Analysis
services in Agile environments
Strong experience documenting business and functional requirements
Demonstrated experience capturing requirements for complex, multi-system and multi-data-source environments
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience leading workshops and facilitating requirements-gathering sessions
Proven ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and product owners
Advanced
Excel
and
SQL
skills
Experience producing system integration specifications
Experience supporting solution showcases, testing, and UAT activities
Understanding of secure data transfer concepts and mechanisms
Nice to Have
Experience working with healthcare-related systems and data
Understanding of clinical, operational, or reporting environments
Experience delivering projects involving complex system integrations
