Job Description
Barwon Water in Geelong is looking for a Service Desk Officer on a maximum term contract to support staff with IT issues. You will be the first point of contact for employees, providing phone, remote and face-to-face support, and triaging service requests to keep people productive.

This role is ideal for a university student or recent graduate seeking hands-on IT experience, with support from an experienced team and exposure to a wide range of digital tools and systems as you learn and grow.
