The Role
n
As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll gain exposure to a range of payroll complexities and systems, with opportunities to grow your technical skills as the organisation prepares for a major payroll system transformation.

What You'll Do
n
n
Support payroll processing for thousands of employees (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly).
n
Manage payroll across a range of Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
n
Use Preceda and Dayforce to process payroll data,



working across multiple systems including Oracle HCM.
n
Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve queries and maintain data integrity.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
n

Experience in payroll processing within a complex, high-volume environment.

Confidence navigating multiple systems and databases.
n
Strong attention to detail and adaptability in managing competing priorities.

A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
