4 experienced Civil Supervisors
to join our growing team across Australia. These are fantastic opportunities to lead high-impact projects in dynamic environments, including specialist defence sector work.
The Roles:
2 positions in Darwin
- Lead civil teams on infrastructure
1 position in Perth
- Oversee civil development projects
1 position in Adelaide
- Manage civil operations across defence project portfolios
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record managing civil construction teams on-site
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering practices and standards
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance




Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
Defence security clearance (or willingness to obtain) - advantageous for relevant positions
What You'll Do:
Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with project teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Mentor and develop site personnel
Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
