About the role:
Carinity Home Care - Rockhampton is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the team. Registered Nurses deliver quality and individualised care, enabling seniors to remain living independently in their homes and stay connected in their community.
This role requires travelling between a number of clients through the day, and a variety of shifts are available across Monday to Thrusday, with versatile arrangements to fit with your life.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Delivering person-centred care providing high-quality clinical care to the community
Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated with collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Managing medications and supplies in line with legal requirements
Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies
Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment within the community and staff
Building effective relationships with clients, families,



and external stakeholders

About the Candidate
You bring warmth, patience and genuine empathy to your work, along with a strong commitment to delivering high quality care to older people. Confident in coordinating services and working collaboratively, you build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues. Your strong communication skills and client-first approach support wellbeing, independence and positive experiences.
Minimum two years recent experience as RN
Current Driver's Licence and own transport
Current registration as a Registered Enrolled and Nurse with AHPRA.
Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working within the Community and Aged Care.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
Excellent time and IT management skills
