Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Account Manager to lead delivery of workforce contracts across the Bowen Basin. This site-based leadership role involves 12-hour shifts on a 5/2 roster with accommodation provided, moving to 7 on/7 off as contracts grow.
You will build solid client relationships, manage day-to-day workforce services, ensure rosters are filled, monitor safety and performance, and expand the contract with growth opportunities.
