Job Description
The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, is seeking a Team Manager for the Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support Service (EBSS). This fixed-term, full time role is based in Sunshine with metropolitan travel, and focuses on leading a region to reduce reoffending among young people.

You will oversee EBSS operations, provide advanced assessment and expert guidance, and supervise EBSS Practice Leads, ensuring staff wellbeing and service effectiveness in line with regional objectives.
