Job Description
ChaChing Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to partner with the Restaurant Manager and Director to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead the front-of-house during service, coach the team, assist with staffing, manage bookings, monitor labour and inventory, and drive sales through upselling. A proactive, calm leader with RSA and solid restaurant knowledge is essential.
