We have multiple locations across Victoria, including Melbourne Airport, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Melbourne Central, Richmond and several other locations in the CBD.

Home to the three time Australian Barista Champion Jack Simpson, we pride ourselves on building a great place to work and fostering talent and development.

We are on the hunt for an experienced baristas across both our Chadstone & Melbourne CBD locations
n
Applicants must have previous experience in specialty coffee and a big passion for good food. Support, training and career progression is available for the right candidate.

Preferred experience using a wide range of coffee making equipment including; La Marzocco GB5, Mazzer Rober S, Mahlkonig E65s GBW, Mahlkonig EK43s and Ubermilk

Be a team player who is happy to jump in and help in other areas of the café as required

Your day to day will include:

Greeting guests warmly and taking orders
n
Operating the espresso machine, grinder and other café equipment
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
n
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
n
Ensuring the café remains clean and compliant with food safety regulations
n
Contributing to a positive and energetic team environment
n
Staying engaged with customers and creating memorable experiences
