Busways seeks a highly experienced Leading Hand Mechanic at the Penrith Depot to lead a team responsible for bus maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety and quality across daily operations.

You will oversee repair programs, conduct fault finding, and coach staff while promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the workshop. A MVTC trade qualification and 3–5 years HV diesel experience are required.
