Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Senior Team Leader to guide Residential Services in the Goulburn area (Wallan/Seymour). You will lead frontline staff to deliver person-centred services that promote independence, choice and wellbeing, while ensuring compliance and high performance.
You will supervise care teams, manage rosters, recruit strategically, and drive a positive culture backed by trauma-informed practice and cooperative stakeholder engagement.
