Job Description
Brennan is seeking a agile Senior Desktop Support Engineer (L1) in Adelaide to provide on-site and remote 1st-level support for our Managed Services client. You will work across Windows, networking and ITIL processes, with travel across the Adelaide region and a requirement to have a valid license and car.

As part of the Managed Services team, you will perform technical duties and liaise with 3rd party vendors while aiming to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
