As a National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Assessor, you play a critical role in helping people with disability thrive in employment. Your expertise ensures fair, accurate, and person-centred assessments
What your day looks like
Conduct OSA for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants
Conduct SWS productivity assessments at participant workplaces
AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC registered allied health assessors may conduct WMS assessments in conjunction with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)
Assess workplace barriers and recommend modifications to support inclusion
Deliver high-quality, timely reports
Liaise with participants, employers, and providers to ensure fair, person-centred outcomes

What you'll bring
Diploma or higher qualification in allied health,



disability, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in the disability sector
Strong interpersonal, assessment, and report writing skills
Ability to work independently, reliably, and within strict timeframes
Sound IT literacy and commitment to data security
Eligible to work in Australia, with current driver licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
Mandatory pre-employment checks which include background verification will be conducted
ABN and adequate insurance - MUST HAVE
