UnitingCare Queensland is seeking an Information Support Officer for the Seniors Enquiry Line in Chermside. This permanent full time role provides information, referral and support to older people and their families, handling inquiries with confidentiality and sensitivity.
You'll assess callers' needs, coordinate community services referrals statewide, and escalate when required. A warm, friendly manner and relevant human services qualifications are essential.
