What will you do?
n
You will be delivering Employability Skills Training and Career Transition Assistance programs to our participants including:
n
n
Deliver courses in line with the requirements of the relevant contractual requirements.
n
Deliver training in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online.
n
Provide tailored support and guidance to maximise every learner's chance to build their employability skills and competencies toward successful completion of the course.
n
Participate in and support the development of course materials.
n
Deliver structured training sessions that are enjoyable and engaging as per our Learning Management System.
n
Adapt the course resources, pace of delivery and style as required to ensure effective delivery.
n

Who are you?
n
Skills And Experience We Are Looking For Include
n
n
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing
n
Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements.
n
Ability to establish and create networks across employment service providers
n
High level communication skills, both oral and written
n
Work experience within the relevant industry and job role/s
n
Training & assessment or facilitator experience in classroom, workplace and/or online settings.
n
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or higher or demonstrated relevant experience desired not essential
n
n
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
n
