Job Description
Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Worker on a casual basis to support three women across two homes in Chelsea, Melbourne. You will encourage independence, build confidence, and know when to step back and let the client lead.

The role requires flexibility across a 24/7 roster including sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, with focus on individual choices and safety in personal care and daily activities.
