We are seeking an experienced
Change Analyst
to join a Federal Government program supporting the delivery of business and technology change.
This is a hands-on role suited to a Change Analyst with up to three years' experience who is comfortable working in a complex program environment and supporting stakeholders through
User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technology implementation and Go-Live activities.
You will play a key role in ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout the implementation of new technology, processes and ways of working.
A current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and delivery of communications, surveys and supporting change materials
Support stakeholder engagement activities, including collecting and analysing feedback
Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and
technology Go-Live
activities
Monitor and report on change progress, identifying risks and escalating issues where required
Collaborate with Business Analysts, project teams and Subject Matter Experts to integrate change activities into Agile delivery workflows




Support resistance management by identifying concerns and providing practical solutions
Develop clear and concise documentation, reports and supporting materials
Analyse and present data to support change activities and decision-making
Contribute to a cooperative, delivery-focused environment
You will have:
Up to
3 years' experience in change management/change analysis
Hands‐on experience working within a
complex program or project environment
Experience working in
Agile environments
Experience supporting
UAT, technology Go-Live and/or customer service projects
Exceptional verbal communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to create clear, concise documentation and reports
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
A can‐do attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance - essential
This role will be of as an initial contract to 30 June **** + view of further 12 month extension
