Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis. We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong attention to detail, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement. While a Registered Conveyancer is preferred, we also welcome applications from experienced Conveyancing File Managers looking to further their career.

Key responsibilities
n
Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish
n
Providing accurate and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and industry professionals
n
Preparing Contracts for Sale and Form 1 documentation
n
Ordering and reviewing government and statutory searches
n
Coordinating settlements and liaising with all parties involved in transactions
n
Handling a variety of transaction types, including land divisions, transfers, leases, and related property matters
n
About you
n
Proven conveyancing experience with the ability to independently manage files
n
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n




A professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders
n
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
n
High levels of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment
n
Registration as a Conveyancer (preferred but not essential)
n
Experience with complex transactions, including land divisions and leases (preferred but not essential)
