The Edinburgh Hotel is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Restaurant Managerto join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our restaurant and dining spaces.

You will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing our food and beverage team and driving the commercial performance of the restaurant.
