What we're looking for
n
n
Current or recent experience as a NUM, Perioperative Manager or senior perioperative leader
n
Full Working rights & AHPRA
n
Strong clinical knowledge across perioperative services
n
Strong operational leadership skills, including budget management, KPI performance, process improvement and perioperative workflow optimisation.
n
The confidence to take the next step into a broader service management role
n
n
