About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience by:

Leading, coaching and developing a passionate retail team
n
Creating a welcoming environment where customers receive expert advice and personalised service
n
Driving sales growth while maintaining a premium customer experience
n
Sharing product knowledge and creating engaging conversations around premium wines and spirits
n
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their preferences
n
Managing day-to-day store operations, including stock, labour and compliance
n
Ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard

About You
n
You'll be someone who:

Has experience leading a team within premium retail, liquor, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
n
Has a genuine passion for wine, whisky and premium products, with strong product knowledge highly regarded
n
Enjoys engaging with customers, providing expert recommendations and creating memorable experiences
n
Has strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team
n
Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
n
Takes pride in presentation, service standards and attention to detail
n
Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
