Our client is a fast-growing healthcare organisation with a large and expanding network of clinics across NSW. With continued investment in growth, systems, and operational capability, the business is focused on delivering strong patient outcomes while maintaining a people-first culture.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational leader to oversee the NSW portfolio. Reporting to a senior executive, you will be responsible for the operational, commercial, and people performance of the state, ensuring strategy is translated into consistent outcomes across a geographically dispersed network.

Leading a team of Practice Managers, Clinical Leaders and Joint-Venture Partners, you will build leadership capability, drive accountability,



and support high levels of workforce engagement. A key focus of the role will be leading and supporting teams through a period of transition, ensuring culture and staff retention remain strong while delivering a range of operational and organisational change initiatives.

Working across a complex stakeholder environment, you will lead the implementation of recent systems, processes, and operational improvements while ensuring service quality, compliance, and performance standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience leading complex, multi-site operations from service-based environments. Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities will be complemented by sound commercial acumen and a track record of delivering operational outcomes across distributed teams.
