Prepare,mix, knead, ferment and bake breads and bakery products.
Operatecommercial bakery equipment.
Monitordough quality and baking processes.
Maintainfood safety and hygiene standards.
Assistwith stock control and minimise waste.




Maintaina clean and organised bakery.
Workcollaboratively to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Minimumone (1) year of relevant full time experience as a Baker.
Relevantbaking qualification is highly regarded.
Experienceworking within a commercial bakery.
Knowledgeof bread production and baking techniques.
Abilityto work early morning shifts.
Strongattention to detail and commitment to quality.
