Job Description
Lumia Care in Sydney is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager to lead the coordination, performance and optimisation of our nationwide workforce across aged care, disability and healthcare programs.
n
You will oversee a team of 3 direct reports and around 30 FTE, plus a casual pool of about 3,000 workers, driving recruitment, scheduling, call centre and shared services to ensure compliant, high-performing service delivery. This is a hybrid role with a recent Ashfield office.
