I'm currently recruiting for a Manager – Operational Risk chance within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a Line 2 Operational Risk role, partnering closely with Line 1 to provide oversight, constructive challenge and risk expertise across the business.
n
The role will focus on:
n
n
RCSA facilitation, risk assessments and control effectiveness
n
Incident & issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation
n
Risk-in-change across major projects and initiatives
n
Operational risk reporting, thematic analysis and emerging trends
n
GRC systems, risk data and action tracking
n
Building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and strengthening risk culture
n
n
What they're looking for:
n
n
5+ years' experience across Operational Risk, Risk & Assurance, Compliance or a related discipline
n
Hands‐on RCSA experience
n
Solid incident, issue and remediation experience
n
Strong stakeholder management and ability to provide constructive challenge
n
Experience working in a Line 2 environment
n
GRC / risk systems experience highly regarded
