Job Description
Endeavour Foundation is seeking an Injury & Claims Lead to shape our injury management strategy, oversee workers' compensation claims, and provide strategic guidance across insurance programs. You will partner with operators, insurers and legal representatives to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

With autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure, you will develop forecasting models, analyse claims performance, and influence decisions to deliver sustainable premium savings while ensuring regulatory
