About the role:
n
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, as our new Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand, championing digital marketing strategies and elevating the sophistication of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
n
Role Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead the marketing and communications function and develop and mentor the marketing and communications team.
n
Oversee the organisation's marketing and communications work in progress with the Marketing Leads, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budget.
n
Oversee and guide the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across the organisation.
n
Evolve the sophistication of our CRM system and automation of the customer journey.




n
Ensure effective financial governance across marketing and communications initiatives.
n
Improve the sophistication of digital marketing initiatives and outsourced agency relationship.
n
Support development of marketing and communications budgets for annual plans, campaigns and business unit initiatives.
n
Act as the primary point of contact for Executive and Senior Leadership Team on matters relating to team performance or deliverables.
n
Strengthen internal communications to enhance employee experience and organisational alignment.
n
Develop reporting dashboards and performance reports to support campaign tracking and strategy refinement.
n
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, brand guidelines, privacy requirements and ethical marketing practices.
n

About you:
n
n
Marketing and communication leadership experience
n
Experience in in disability organisation is a must
n
Strong digital marketing capability, including managing in‐house digital execution.
n
Proven ability to develop teams, build capability and lead with maturity, professionalism and solid work ethic.
n
Strategic thinker with a human‐centred approach.
n
CRM and automation experience (HubSpot preferred).
n
Digital marketing expertise.
n
Experience in working in a regulated (NDIS) environment.
n
