Property Manager
to manage a portfolio who is looking for a
long‐term career
, not just another role with the option to grow and develop. We manage properties across Ipswich, Brisbane and Logan City Councils.

The Role
End‐to‐end management of a residential portfolio
Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants and trades
Transparent communication and strong attention to detail
Maintain detailed file notes and compliance
Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
Experience as a
Property Manager
At lease
1 year of residential experience
Current QLD Driver's Licence
Current Property Manager Registration (Queensland)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Honest, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude
Pride in your work and a want to help attitude
PropertyME knowledge an advantage (but not essential)
