About The Role
n
You'll support the Aged care clients and NDIS participants to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care,



and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.
n
Responsibilities Include
n
n
Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
n
Some domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning.
n
Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement.
n
Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
n
Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.
n
n
About You
n
You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.

Cert 3 Individual Support or equivalent qualification

NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
WWCC
n
Manual handling certificate

Infection Control

Driver license and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle
