Job Description
Aje is seeking a Head of eCommerce to lead our omni-channel strategy from the Redfern Head Office. You will own revenue growth, pricing, and full P&L; across ANZ and international markets, while steering merchandising, digital, and marketing to deliver sustained, profitable growth.

In this leadership role you will build a high-performing team, define the regional ecommerce roadmap, optimise conversions, AOV and margin, and partner with Buying and Marketing to elevate brand equity and growth
