Kinokuniya Bookstores of Australia is seeking a full time Store Operations Team Leader to join our Sydney Town Hall store, working Sundays to Thursdays. You will lead a small team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include cash handling, banking prep, rostering, coaching junior staff, data entry and gift-wrapping, with an emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.
