Victory Lutheran College in Victoria is seeking a Pastoral Care Leader (Secondary) who will lead student wellbeing, belonging and restorative practice while continuing to teach in their subject area.
You will partner with families, staff and leaders to help students feel known, supported and challenged to flourish.
The role involves year-level leadership, coordinating wellbeing initiatives, and driving positive behaviour support, with release time for leadership duties.
