We're currently looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to join our team at Emporio Armani Chatswood Chase. This is a full-time, permanent position at 38 hours per week.
n
About the Role:
n
As Boutique Manager, you'll take full ownership of your boutique's performance, leading a high-performing team and creating an workplace where every customer interaction counts. You'll set the pace on the floor, drive commercial results, and develop the next generation of talent from within.
n
n
Lead daily morning briefs and day-to-day floor operations, keeping the team engaged, informed and motivated
n
Support your team's growth through one-on-ones, development plans and hands-on coaching in clienteling, after-care and CRM
n
Own the boutique's administrative operations, including WHS, rostering and time and attendance
n
Build a positive, supportive culture that brings out the best in your team
n




Analyse business data to set explicit sales goals and shape strategies that get results
n
Grow the client base by generating new business and reactivating existing clientele
n
Stay ahead of market trends to spot new opportunities for the boutique
n
Lead by example on the floor, from VIP relationships to client events, showing your team what great looks like
n
n
About Your Skills:
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience as a retail manager, preferably within fashion retail
n
Solid business mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience using POS systems
n
n
