You'll be out on site, meeting clients, developing scopes, pricing projects and helping secure work across a diverse range of hazardous materials and demolition projects.What you'll be doingConduct site inspections and assess project requirementsInterpret asbestos registers and hazardous materials surveysPrepare accurate labour, plant, material and subcontractor estimatesDevelop scopes of work and project methodologiesRead and interpret architectural, structural and services drawingsPrepare tender submissions, clarifications and pricing proposalsBuild strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractorsAttend client meetings and confidently represent the businessWhat you'll bringExperience estimating or managing projects within the hazardous materials industryStrong knowledge of friable and non-friable asbestos removalA commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk, cost and opportunityConfidence communicating with clients and key stakeholdersStrong understanding of containment,



decontamination and waste disposal requirementsExperience reviewing subcontractor pricing and negotiating where requiredThe ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team5+ years' estimating experience.Knowledge of demolition and strip-out methodologies.Experience pricing variations and reviewing contracts.Familiarity with older building structures.Why Aztech Services?
