If you enjoy getting into the detail while staying close to the action on a working terminal, we'd love to hear from you.Key Accountabilities –Lead the annual budget, strategic planning, and quarterly forecasts, ensuring the terminal's direction is grounded in sound financial analysisEnsure the numbers behind the terminal genuinely stack up reviewing capex proposals and cashflow forecasts, keeping monthly management reporting accurate and on timeDeliver financial analysis behind terminal initiatives, including Enterprise Agreement and labour modellingTeam up with Operations and Engineering to find cost savings and business improvementsPrepare monthly labour cost reports and keep working capital and reconciliations in good shapeGuide and grow the finance team, helping build a group people genuinely trust and rely onMake sure every financial and required report goes out accurate and on time,



with the attention to detail that keeps errors out and compliance solidAnalyse monthly financial results and help managers across the business understand what those results actually mean and what to do nextQualifications, Skills and Experience required:CPA/CA or equivalent requiredMinimum 5 years' broad experience in accounting and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planningExperience managing staff (direct or indirect)Hands-on experience with month-end close, management reporting, cashflow, and reconciliationsTrack record in capital expenditure evaluation and driving business improvement initiativesExperience in a terminal, logistics, ports, or industrial/operations-heavy setting highly regardedStrong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build trust across finance, operations, and engineeringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical ability and sound commercial judgementHigh accuracy and attention to detailProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systemsStrategic thinking, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressureAdaptable, achievement-oriented, and a genuine team playerAbout DP WorldDP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
