Job Description
Lead a team of area managers and act as the technical sign-off on compliance and operational advice going out to clients. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely understands the early childhood education and care sector and knows how to run a skilled team that delivers, every time.

Key responsibilities

Lead delivery of consulting engagements, making sure work is completed on time, to a high professional standard, and properly closed out
n
Manage team workload and capacity
n
Own quality assurance and technical review of compliance and operational advice, including senior sign-off on high-risk or material matters
n
Support a rolling program of service visits and compliance reviews across our client portfolio
n
Set up new services and support new Providers and Service teams as they come on board
n
Lead, coach and develop a team of area managers, including regular performance conversations
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each engagement
n

About you
n
n
Significant experience leading service delivery in professional services, consulting,



or a multi-site regulated environment
n
A strong track record managing team capacity while developing capability
n
Experience leading and developing a team of experienced professionals
n
Excellent, genuinely deep working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
n
Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check in Queensland and other jurisdictions, and to pass a national police history check
n
Direct experience in the Australian early childhood education and care sector, ideally in service leadership
n
Experience within an approved provider or multi-site operator
n
