Whether it's a quiet Tuesday lunch or a heaving Friday night, you'll be the steady hand keeping service flowing, the team motivated, and every guest looked after.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who genuinely thrives under pressure and takes real ownership of everything that happens on their shift.What You'll Be DoingRunning shifts front-to-back — from opening checks and cash float setup through to end‐of‐night reconciliation and lock‐upLeading, motivating and troubleshooting with the floor, bar and gaming team in real timeMaking sure RSA, RCG,
