About The Role
n
n
Undertake water, fire and mould damage make safe, clean up and restoration programs at different sites across Melbourne
n
Conduct damage assessments and deliver cleaning, restoration and repair activities
n
Manage damage assessments and reporting requirements through our CRM platform.
n
Follow all compliance and procedures set from an administrative, as well as health and safety perspective.
n
Manage communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
n

About You




n
n
Have knowledge and experience in water, mould and fire restoration or have experience in specialised cleaning hard floors, carpets, etc.
n
Hold IICRC certification, this certification is highly regarded but not essential
n
Are aware of demolition and construction principles
n
Can work independently or as part of a team
n
Are physically fit
n
Have computer acumen and are comfortable using technology.
