About the role
n
As a full time or part time Occupational Therapist you will be providing high-quality assessments and interventions to our clients to support independent living. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.

In this role you will be...
n
n
Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of the client and using a person-centred approach
n
Conducting assessments and providing interventions to clients in their own home
n
Engaging with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GP's and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care
n
Writing reports which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers
n
Able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in all that you do.

Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GP's, community centre's and other referrers.

Occupational Therapy degree, with General AHPRA registration.
n
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team; and ability to work autonomously in the community
n
Full working rights in Australia
n

Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
